Blended Hypnotiq Margarita by Lauren Wainwright
1 oz Tequila
1 oz Hypnotiq Liqueur
1/2 oz blue Curacao
Juice of half a lime
Fresh pineapple/Pineapple juice
sugar (or salt) for rimming
pineapple for garnish
1. Rub the rim of a margarita glass with ¼ of the lime and rim with sugar.
2. Combine ice cubes, Tequila, Hypnotiq, Blue Curacao, juice from remaining lime, 5 chunks of the fresh pineapple and the pineapple juice in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth and pour into prepared glass.
4. Garnish with remaining chunk of pineapple.
