Rushton Passion Martini by Lorne Caborn
6 fresh mint leaves
2 1/2 ounces Vodka
2 oz fresh Passion Fruit juice
1 1/2 oz vanilla bean infused simple syrup
sugar cane for garnish
1. Muddle mint and syrup in shaker, add Vodka, juice and ice.
2. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with sugar cane.
