Papaya Sling by Holly de Vaal
1½ oz Gin
1. Fill a tall glass half-full with ice cubes.
2. Add 1½ oz Gin.
3. Cut a lime in half and squeeze the juices of both halves into the glass.
4. Fill the glass three quarters of the way with Papaya Juice and top with five dashes of Bitters.
5. Top the glass with ice and soda water.
6. Stir, garnish with cherries and serve.
