Clare Malley, Mixologist at Durty Nelly’s Irish Pub, shows us her take on the Irish Coffee.

Irish Coffee by Clare Malley

Ingredients:

3/4 oz Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
Brewed coffee—medium roast
35% whipping cream
White sugar
Lime
Shaved chocolate
Coffee beans

To Create:

1. Rub the rim of a glass or mug with a slice of lime and dip the rim into a plate of sugar.

2. Pour 3/4 oz of Irish Whiskey and 3/4 oz of Bailey’s Irish Cream into glass.

3. Add fresh-brewed coffee until glass is 3/4 full.

4. Top with freshly whipped cream.

5. Garnish with fresh shaved chocolate, a few coffee beans and serve.
