Summer Caesar by Terri Acker
Ingredients:
Lime
Coarse sea salt for rimming
Tobasco
Worchestershire
Ice
1.5 oz Vodka
Clamato juice
Fresh horseradish
Fresh vegetables for garnish - carrot, celery, radish
To Create:
1. Rub the rim of a tall glass with lime and rim with sea salt.
2. Add Tobasco and Worchestershire to taste and fill glass with ice.
3. Add vodka and top up with Clamato juice to just below rim of glass.
4. Sprinkle with horseradish and garnish with celery, carrot and radish.
