Reporting to the VP, Customer Operations, the Senior Regional Director is responsible for all store operations within the province. The Senior Regional Director drives the customer experience culture in retail stores and models the NSLC’s values while respecting the social responsibility mandate. In addition, the Senior Regional Director is responsible to support the development and implementation of corporate and business unit strategies, operational plans, and policies to ensure achievement of NSLC business objectives, present and future.
As a qualified candidate, you will have:
- Undergraduate Degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration or Retail Management
- 5 years management experience in a retail organization with proven successful results
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
- Previous Regional Management experience in a multi-site retail operation
- Experience retailing regulated product
- Management experience in a unionized environment
An alternate combination of education and experience may be considered.
