1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz maple syrup
Orange peel, for garnish
Sprig thyme, for garnish
1. Place gin, vermouth, Campari and maple syrup in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir until chilled.
2. Strain into ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
3. Express orange peel over glass and garnish with remaining peel and sprig of thyme.
