Here’s what you’ll need
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 clove of minced garlic and 2 tbsp of corn starch. Whisk until texture is thick.
Add a 355ml can of light beer and 16 oz of sharp cheddar cheese. Mix until melted and smooth.
Serve with pretzels and beer for a tasty cottage snack.
