How to pair savoury pumpkin seeds with wine.
Roasted pumpkin seeds (also called “petitas”, in Spanish) are a common snack in Mexico. Enjoy them with a glass of wine and just one word will come to mind: delicioso!
Here’s what you’ll need
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp of butter
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Step1
Melt 1 tbsp of butter, mix in 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp garlic powder

Add 1 cup pumpkin seeds, mix and place on baking tray. Cook in oven for 20 minutes at 350º F

Pair with a red wine to stand up to the rich flavours.
