1 oz gin
2 oz black pepper lavender tea*
2 oz Fever Tree Elderflower tonic water
2 slices of lemon
1. Pour gin, black pepper lavender tea and Fever Tree tonic water into an ice-filled wine glass.
2. Garnish with two round slices of lemon.
* Make the black pepper lavender tea by adding 1 tablespoon of dried lavender flowers and 5 cracks of black pepper to 2 cups of cold water. Let steep in a refrigerator for 12 hours then strain through a tea strainer and pour into a bottle or container.
