Lime and Sea Salt Tonic

1 oz gin
1 oz salted-lime syrup*
4 oz tonic water
Lime wedges, for garnish
1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Top with gin and salted-lime syrup.
3. Top with tonic water.
4. Garnish with lime wedges.
* Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, juice and
zest of 4 limes and ®ˆ tablespoon of salt in a
pot. Bring to a boil. When the sugar and salt
are dissolved, remove from heat and let cool.
