Recipe Type: Drink | Servings: 1
1 ½ oz aged or spiced rum
1 frozen banana
1 oz coconut cream
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
½ oz cold brew coffee
Pineapple fronds & wedge, flowers and coffee beans, for garnish
1. Add all ingredients to a blender with 1 cup of crushed ice. Blend on high until the right consistency.
2. Pour into a large hurricane glass or wine glass.
3. Garnish with pineapple fronds, flowers, pineapple wedge and coffee beans.
