California Wines Specialty Release
Though undeniably New World, California’s wine making history dates back to the 18th century when Spanish missionaries planted grape vines to accompany their religious outpost throughout The Golden State. Today California is at the fore-front of winemaking innovation. Whether contemporary turns on classic singular varietals or combining different grapes together to create inspired blends, the vineyards of California can always be relied upon to be at the cutting edge of modern winemaking.
This release features wines from Californian stalwarts such as Robert Mondavi, Ravenswood and E & J Gallo as well as up-and-comers like the Michael David Winery, Smoking Loon, Hope Family Wines and Silvia Cellars. Fans of alternative country music will look forward to the first appearance of Grammy-winner Zac Brown’s Uncaged Cabernet Sauvignon at the NSLC.
These wines will be a select stores for a limited time only!
