What happens when the northernmost and southernmost distilleries in Scotland get together to host a whisky dinner? In an exclusive dining experience, Islay meets the Orkney islands as Highland Park and Ardbeg join forces to showcase eight incredible single malts alongside an exceptional four-course meal. Your hosts Cameron Millar (National Brand Ambassador, Highland Park) and Bryan Simpson (National Brand Ambassador, Ardbeg) will share stories and laughs in this educational whisky pairing dinner that puts two legends of single malt Scotch side-by-side.
TASTING SEMINAR: Classic Whisky Cocktails

In this interactive tasting seminar, expert mixologist Mike McLean (Mixxit Canada) will guide attendees through a sampling of 3 classic whisky cocktails as they learn about their history, stories and flavours.

Enjoy an evening of outstanding whiskies in this one-of-a-kind opportunity to taste and purchase from a collection of 20 unique and rare whiskies from around the globe (a 1/2 oz sample of each whisky will be available per guest). Poured by a team of expert ambassadors and NSLC Product Specialists, and specially curated by our spirits buyer Jennifer Katona, all featured whiskies are exclusive and won’t be found at any other Festival events. Limited to just 40 tickets, this stand-up tasting event provides an intimate and interactive alternative to our Grand Tastings for the dedicated whisky lovers. WHISKY DINNER: Stories Behind the Label

This unique dining experience will showcase industry experts in an intimate setting, sharing the stories and inspirations behind their whisky brands with the audience. Caldera’s head distiller, Jarrett Stuart, will be joined alongside Ray Daniel (Bourbon Ambassador), Spencer Gooderham (Canadian Whisky Brand Ambassador) and Matt Boyle (The Clever Barkeep / Teeling Brand Ambassador), for an evening full of education, laughs, and of course, incredible whiskies.
