Enjoy a four course dinner created by Chef Craig Flinn, expertly paired to selections from The Macallan’s portfolio of luxurious single malts, signature series and limited releases. National Brand Ambassador Cameron Millar will guide guests through the following expressions and pairings:

Slow roast loin of beef | Roquefort & creamed leek mash | Brussels | Onion jus | Yorkshire puds

4th COURSE
The Macallan Reflexion
Dark chocolate, blood orange, & chai spice tartlet | Whisky apricot gastrique | Egg nog ice cream
