Directions
1. Place a large sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat; add the butter.
2. When the butter is melted, add the garlic and lemon zest.
3. Add the shrimp and sauté until centers are cooked through; about 3-5 minutes.
4. Transfer the shrimp to a plate, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over top.
5. Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
6. Add a little pizzazz to the presentation by skewering the shrimp with fresh rosemary.
