Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2. Mix pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, 2 tbsp gochujang, egg, panko, salt and pepper just until combined.
3. Roll into balls.
4. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by combining the sesame seeds, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
6. Garnish with additional sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
