This sauce makes a zesty addition to the holiday dinner table.
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
12 oz bag cranberries
2 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp finely minced rosemary
1. Place sugar, orange juice and water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
2. When the sugar has dissolved, add cranberries. Reduce the heat to low.
3. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cranberries are soft.
4. Remove the sauce from the stove and add orange zest and finely minced rosemary.
5. Transfer to a bowl and let cool in a refrigerator until thick.
