These tart and tangy meatballs are a tasty addition to any game day party with friends.
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1. Combine beef, onion, egg and breadcrumbs. Shape into 1-inch balls.
2. In a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown meatballs in batches. Remove from skillet and wipe clean.
3. Stir together ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
