Serve with an Irish whisky.
1 1/2 tbsp butter
3 cups grated Dubliner (or Cheddar)
1/2 tbsp dried mustard
3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp whisky
12 slices French loaf, toasted
1. Place butter, cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, flour and whisky in a saucepan over medium low heat.
2. Melt while stirring.
3. When the cheese is completely melted and is smooth pour over slices of toasted French loaf.
4. Serve immediately.
