    1 can Mike’s Hard Root Beer

    1 scoop ice cream of your choice (vanilla is recommended as a nice complement to the root beer)

    Directions

    1. In small, clear glasses (tumblers are ideal), spoon a scoop of ice cream.

    2. Slowly pour Mike’s Hard Root Beer into the glasses, allowing the foam to rise and then recede before adding more root beer.

    3. Serve with a dessert spoon.
