    1 can Smirnoff Ice Grapefruit or Pineapple

    1 scoop ice cream of your choice (the subtle flavour of vanilla is a good choice, as is strawberry which would further enhance the fruit flavours in this cooler)

    Directions

    1. Fill small glasses (tumblers, for example) with your favourite Smirnoff Ice cooler.

    2. Top with ice cream.

    3. Serve with dessert spoon.
