Directions
1. Pre-heat grill to medium-high .
2. Combine the blueberries, cilantro, red onion, chili peppers, lime zest, garlic clove, fresh lime juice, and sugar in a large bowl. To create the salsa, add 3 tbsp of the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Brush the salmon filets with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper .
4. Carefully place the salmon on grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or cook until salmon is opaque in the middle. Be careful not to over cook . Serve grilled salmon with salsa.
