Summer Al Fresco

Created by Shane Beehan, Bar Manager of Lot Six Restaurant and Bar, this cocktail is ripe with gifts from nature. 

Ingredients

1 oz tequila
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz watermelon juice
1/25 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Pinch of salt
4 basil leaves

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake until the cocktail is chilled and diluted. 
Double strain over ice into a tall glass. 
Garnish with a small wedge of watermelon and basil.
