Directions
Directions: Combine cocoa powder and sugar on a plate. Run lemon slice around the rim of a mug and then rim on the cocoa sugar. Place milk and cocoa powder in a saucepan set over medium heat. Bring to a simmering boil. Turn off heat and stir in Grand Marnier, Crème de Cacao and Baileys. Pour carefully into mug and then top with a dollop of freshly whipped cream.
*For a little extra flavour, add a splash of Grand Marnier to your cream before whipping.
