    Ingredients

    1 1/2 oz Gin
    3/4 oz lime
    1/2 oz simple syrup *
    3 slices of cucumber + 2 for garnish
    Soda water

    Directions

    Muddle 3 cucumber slices in simple syrup in the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, except soda and shake hard over ice for 8-10 seconds. Open cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Soda Water. Strain all ingredients into a Collins Glass with Ice. Garnish with Cucumber Slices.

    *To make simple syrup: Heat 1 cup of water and 1 cup of white sugar. Stir sugar until dissolved. Yields 10 oz.
