    This Royal Bee mocktail features flavours of pineapple, lemon juice and honey syrup. 

    Ingredients Directions

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz cold steeped blue matcha tea
    • ¾ oz pineapple juice
    • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
    • ¾ oz honey syrup*
    • Garnish: black pepper, edible orchid
     

    Directions

    1.     Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker then fill with ice and close. Shake the cocktail along a horizontal line in a continuous motion for 10 seconds.
    2.     Open shaker tin and strain cocktail into a chilled glass.
    3.     Garnish with edible orchid and black pepper.
     
    *Mix 2 parts honey to 1 part water until combined. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
