The Green Beans with Toasted Pecans features chopped pecans, green beans and apple cider vinegar.
1 lb green beans
½ pecans, chopped
2 tbsp, butter
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
sea salt
pepper
1. In a 350ºF oven, toast the pecans for 10 minutes.
2. Place toasted pecans in a sauté pan over medium heat.
3. Add butter and vinegar and stir until the flavours combine, the butter is melted and a glaze is created (2 to 3 minutes).
4. Blanch green beans in water for 2 minutes.
5. Strain beans and dress with the warmed pecan vinaigrette.
