1. Place cherry cinnamon syrup and lemon juice in a beer glass.
2. Top with beer and season with bitters.
* Place 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup frozen cherries and 2 cinnamon sticks in a pot. Bring to a boil. When sugar has fully dissolved reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain to remove cherries and cinnamon stick. You can use these leftover cherries as substitute for the cranberries in our Cranberry Bruschetta or Phyllo & Cranberry Bites recipes.
3. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
