Changes in Submitting Packaged Orders from NSLC Warehouse

Licensee packaged orders need to be submitted by 2pm daily (Monday – Thursday).

We are working with your individual carriers to make delivery service more efficient. Earlier notification of licensee packaged orders, for next day delivery, would be critical in the planning for both carriers and our warehouse. To achieve this efficiency, we ask that all licensee packaged orders be submitted by 2pm daily from Monday to Thursday, for next day delivery by your scheduled carrier. This refers to all packaged orders called or emailed into our Service Excellence Centre, and orders submitted via Online Portal.

Please contact us at 1-800-567-5874 if require more information.
