Sometimes you don’t want to mess with a classic. A great sauce for wings on game day.
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup butter
1 clove minced garlic
1½ tablespoons white vinegar
Dash of cayenne
4 to 5 drops Worcestershire sauce
1. Combine hot sauce, butter, garlic, white vinegar, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce in a pan.
2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring with wooden spoon.
3. When the ingredients are well combined, and the sauce warm, take off the heat.
4. Season with salt to taste.
