A sophisticated twist to a classic mimosa. Sparkling water adds a little sensory kick to juice to get mom’s day off to the right start!
1/2 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice
2 tbsp canned mandarin oranges
1/2 cup sparkling water
1. Place the tangerine juice and mandarin oranges in a blender. Purée until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
3. Serve in a champagne flute.
