POINSETTIA
1 Serving
¼ oz orange liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice
1 lime, juice
4 oz sparkling wine, chilled
Directions:
1. Place orange liqueur, cranberry juice and lime juice in a Champagne flute.
2. Top with sparkling wine.
FESTIVE PUNCH
1 Serving
1 cup cranberry juice
2 tbsp simple syrup
1 ½ oz dark rum
1/2 cup ginger ale
2 orange slices, for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine cranberry juice and simple
syrup in an ice-filled mixing glass.
Stir to combine.
2. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
3. Add rum and top with ginger ale.
4. Garnish with orange slices.
* This can be served as a traditional punch. Fill a punch bowl with ice. Scale this up the ingredients according to the number of people you are hosting. Pre-mix all ingredients and wait to top with ginger ale as guests arrive.
Mocktails
EVERYTHING NICE MOCKTAIL
1 Serving
1 ½ oz Seedlip Spice 94*
1 ½ oz cranberry simple syrup
Dash bitters
Orange peel, for garnish
Directions:
1. Place Seedlip, cranberry simple syrup and bitters in an ice-filled cocktail glass.
2. Stir for 15 seconds or until reached desired dilution.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
4. Express orange peel over cocktail and add as garnish.

CRANBERRY SPLASH
1 Serving
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup club soda
1/4 cup cranberry simple syrup*
2 orange slices, for garnish
1 sprig rosemary, for garnish
Directions:
1. Fill highball glass with ice.
2. Fill with orange juice and club soda.
3. Float cranberry simple syrup.
4. Garnish with orange slices and rosemary
