Rose

Rosé is a unique wine made when the skins of the red grapes only ferment in the wine for a short time. This quick process gives the wine a lovely pink hue as well as a delicious light and fruity taste.

  • Bertrand Cotes des Roses Rosé brings flavours of cassis, orange and rose. Produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France by Gerard Betrand, this Rosé pairs well with cured meats and fresh cheeses.
  • Bask Rosé is produced in Ontario and features herb, pear and watermelon flavours. With 12% ABV, this Rosé pairs nicely with salads and white fish.
  • Lightfoot & Wolfville Rosé is produced in Nova Scotia in Wolfville. This Rosé features Pinot Meunier varietals that gives it a crisp flavour that tastes of orchard fruits and red berries.
  • Planters Ridge Rosé is made using Frontenac Gris varietals, which give it the lovely citrus, raspberry and strawberry flavours. Produced in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, this Rosé pairs well with cured meats and fresh cheeses.
