COVID Response and Safety Measures
As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of our employees and customers remains a priority. We follow all public health advice and protocols to limit the effect COVID-19 may have on our employees, customers and communities.
We want to make your shopping experience with us the best it can be. We remain committed to serving you safely and responsibly.
We ask for your continued cooperation in respecting our safety measures, including:
- masks required,
- practicing physical-distancing by staying six feet apart,
- paying with cards, avoiding the use of cash whenever possible, and
- not shopping in our stores if you have travelled outside of Nova Scotia or are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms.
⚠️Effective April 23, we are reducing capacity at our HRM stores to 25%, in keeping with public health advice. We appreciate your patience as we anticipate there will be line-ups. We’re all in this together.
⚠️Following Public Health guidelines we are permitting one shopper per household in our stores to ensure the safety of our team and customers. Masks are required while shopping. Thank you for making your purchase promptly.

We just learned of a low risk COVID-19 exposure at our Downsview Plaza store. Out of an abundance of caution, the store will remain closed Friday, June 18 from 10am - 2pm for deep cleaning. The store will reopen for the day at 2pm and resume regular hours. If you require further direction, please contact Public Health. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
