This cocktail features steeped loose black tea, maple syrup and spiced rum. Finished with coconut milk, this winter cocktail is sure to please. 

Ingredients

1 tsp loose black tea
1 cup near boiling water
2 tbsp maple syrup
1½ oz spiced amber rum
1/4 cup coconut milk
Mint

Directions

1. Top loose black tea with the near boiling water.
2. Let steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. When the tea is ready, strain it into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
4. Add maple syrup and spiced amber rum.
5. Shake and then strain into a rocks glass.
6. Gently add coconut milk. Garnish with mint.
