    The tequila rickey adds a modern twist on the classic cocktail.

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
    • 1 oz lime juice
    • 1/2 oz simple syrup
    • 3 cucumber slices
    • 8 mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
    • Club Soda
    • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

    Directions

    1. Gently muddle mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup and 2 cucumber slices in a Collins glass. 
    2. Add tequila, top with soda and stir. 
    3. Garnish with a pinch of salt and pepper and a sprig of mint.
    4. Place the remaining slice of cucumber on the rim, as a garnish.
