    1½ oz Pimm’s

    4 oz ginger ale

    1 lemon wedge Mint leaves

    Directions

    1. Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice.

    2. Mix Pimm’s and top with ginger ale.

    3. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
