    Chocolate Whipped Cream

    • 2 cups heaving whipping cream
    • ¼ c quality cocoa powder
    • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • Pinch of sea salt.

    Directions

    Chocolate Whipped Cream

    1. Combine ingredients into bowl
    2. Using hand mixer on medium until stiff peaks start to form, about 4-5 minutes.
    3. Chill until ready to serve

    1. Chill martini glass with ice and a little water.
    2. While chilling, pour liquid ingredients into shaker filled with ice, shake well.
    3. Discard ice and water and strain cocktail into glass.
    4. Top with chocolate whip cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings and mint. Enjoy.
