Located just east of the town of Wolfville, Nova Scotia and adjacent to the Grand-Pré National Historic Site, Mercator’s vineyards are situated on a bluff overlooking the historic Acadian dykelands.
Mercator Vineyards is devoted entirely to growing exceptional grapes and making artisan small lot wines with an emphasis on originality and the new interpretation of old world wine styles.
The wines celebrate their unique coastal terroir and embrace the wide range and nuances of their local resources. Each varietal has been selected and planted to harmonize with the specific soils, slopes and microclimates located throughout Mercator’s vineyards.
