Grilled Potato and Rosemary Grilled Pizza

A great pizza for dinner parties, you can also top a slice with a fried egg for a delicious alternative to the breakfast routine.


1 cup white sauce (béchamel)

3 Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced, roasted

1 small onion, thinly sliced, caramelized

150 g pancetta, chopped, cooked

3 spears rosemary, leaves only

1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella

1/4 cup grated Parmesan


1. Follow our Basic Grilled Pizza Dough recipe up to the stage of adding the toppings.

2. Then top pizza with béchamel sauce. Spread evenly over pizza.

3. Fan potato slices around the pizza.

4. Top with caramelized onions, pancetta, rosemary, shredded Mozzarella and grated Parmesan.

5. Return pizza to grill. Close lid.

6. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

7. Remove the pizza from grill using pizza peel. Let rest and then slice.
