Cider-Dry Shelf Talker

Here’s the info you’ll find at shelf.

  1. ① Sweetness level

Similar to wine, cider has different levels of sweetness. There are three different versions within the Cider category—Dry, Medium Dry and Sweet. Look for the icon that best suits your taste.

  2. ② Style

Style describes the base flavour ingredient of the cider. There are three different styles—Apple, Pear and Flavoured. Apple and pear refers to the base fruit juice used. Flavoured means that an additional flavour has been added to the base. This doesn’t always mean the flavour is artificial, just that there is another flavour in addition to the base.

  3. ③ Flavours

A cider’s flavours are determined by a number of factors, including the ingredients used. The most distinct flavours of each cider are summarized here.

  4. ④ Food pairings

The enjoyment of a glass of cider can be enhanced by pairing it with the right food. We have included a few suggestions for foods that go well each cider.
