Maritime Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Glynnevan Rye Whisky, Glenora Fiddler’s
Choice or Caldera Hurricane 5
1/3 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel
Directions:
1.Build the cocktail in an old-fashioned glass one ounce at a time, adding ice and stirring as you go.
2.Garnish with a flamed orange peel expressed over the cocktail, rubbed on the rim and dropped in the glass.
