Directions
1. Preheat an oven to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, combine 2 melted butter, maple syrup and powdered ginger.
3. Brush the squash quarters with the butter and maple syrup mixture and season each slice with a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Place the slices skin side down on a baking sheet.
5. Place baking sheet on middle rack of oven and roast squash for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
