This simple pasta is loaded with flavours from the Mediterranean.
3 cups penne rigate
1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1½ cups yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup feta, crumbled
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1 cup loosely packed basil, chiffonade
1. Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl; mix.
3. Add enough lemon vinaigrette to lightly dress salad; mix.
4. Place in a Tupperware container.
