Morris East's Peach and Prosciutto Pizza

A unique and delicious pizza recipe from the Morris East restaurant.

Ingredients

1 pizza dough

Spoonful Maple Rosemary Aioli

1 peach, cut into eight pieces, roasted for 15 minutes

1/4 cup goat cheese

1 sprig rosemary, leaves removed, chopped

3 slices prosciutto

1 cup micro greens

Directions

1. Follow our Basic Grilled Pizza Dough recipe up to the stage of adding the toppings.

2. Then top pizza with spoonful of Maple Rosemary Aioli.

3. Neatly place peaches and goat cheese on the pizza.

4. Add fresh rosemary.

5. Return pizza to grill. Close lid. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

6. Remove the pizza from grill with a pizza peel.

7. Top with prosciutto and micro greens. Let rest and then slice.
