Directions
1. Preheat oven on broiler setting and set oven rack to second position.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and toss mix.
3. Add scallops to the crumb mixture and toss to coat.
4. Arrange scallops in an oven proof casserole or divide among four individual casseroles.
5. Drizzle scallops with melted butter and season with sea salt and black pepper.
6. Place scallops under broiler and broil for 5-7 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
7. Remove scallops from oven and serve immediately with buttered noodles.
