Directions
1. Pre-heat grill to medium-high

2. Combine the mango, cilantro, red onion, chili peppers, lime zest, garlic clove, fresh lime juice, and sugar in a large bowl. To create the salsa, add 3 tbsp of the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Brush the salmon filets with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper

4. Carefully place the salmon on grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or cook until salmon is opaque in the middle. Be careful not to over cook
. Serve grilled salmon with salsa.
