    An aromatic and flavourful martini recipe featuring locally made Haskap juice and Steinhart Organic Vodka.

    1½ fl oz Steinhart Organic Vodka

    1/2 fl oz haskap juice

    1/2 fl oz lime juice

    1/2 fl oz lavender simple syrup

    Directions

    Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

    Shake vigorously and then strain into chilled cocktail glass.

    To make lavender syrup combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon dried lavender in a pot.

    Bring to a boil. When the sugar dissolves, remove from the heat and strain.
