    A super simple Halloween inspired dessert.

    1/2 cup cream cheese

    1/4 cup pumpkin pie mix

    2 tablespoons sugar

    1½ cups Graham Cracker crumbs

    2 cups white icing

    Red cake decorating gel

    Directions

    Combine cream cheese, pumpkin pie mix, sugar and Graham Cracker crumbs in a bowl, mix thoroughly.

    Roll into balls and place in refrigerator for an hour.

    Spread white icing cups over balls.

    Place balls on parchment-lined baking sheet and return to refrigerator until ready to serve.

    Add eyes to your truffles by adding dabs of red cake decorating gel to the balls.
